About

Located in Perth (Scotland), Abdara started in April 2011
combining my love of crafts and baking.
I have always had an interest in needlework and crafts. I learnt to knit and sew with my Mum. I was greatly influenced by my Great Aunt who always had a project on the go and would encourage me to try new things.

At school I did "O" grade Needlework and continued this by making a lot of my own clothes and clothes for my three children.

In 1986 I went to learn Patchwork and Quilting at night school and this has now become my main focus, although I still enjoy many other crafts. I offer a wide variety of workshops to suit all levels and abilities. I also have a limited amount of craft items for sale or to order.

Ask to see my craft brochure or check out the "Crafts" in the "Shop" section.

I also have a love of homebaking and this is another area for Abdara.
I can offer homebaked cakes to order in the Perth area.
Ask for my cake brochure or check out the "Cakes" in the "Shop" section.

As a commited Christian I believe I have been given a gift and want to enjoy sharing it with others.

I hope you can find everything you need. Abdara Homemade is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction -
I want to do everything I can to meet your expectations.
You can contact me by phone, e-mail or Facebook (see contact section)

Thanks for looking,
Sue Everett

Why Abdara? Simple, it's the first two letters of the names of my three children, Abigail, Daniel and Rachel.
